LawBot LLC ("LawBot", "we" or "us") provides an automated software solution that enables companies to prepare draft disclosure documents ("Documents") for review by their legal counsel (the "Service"). Documents must be provided to prospective investors under U.S. securities laws which discloses the objectives, risks and terms of the investment. Depending on the Document, it may also need to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Service is accessible at our website ("the Site").

The purpose of this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is to describe and disclose to you what kind of information we may collect from you through our Site, how we may use or disclose that information, and what choices you may have regarding such information.

Examples of these services from such third parties, companies, or individuals may include email services, payment storing and processing services, disbursement of funds, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, including but not limited to research in order to provide users with personalized services or personalized advertisements, and/or providing customer service. As such, these third parties, companies, or individuals may have access to your information, including PII or Non-PII, needed to perform their functions or services, and may not use it for other purposes.

LawBot may make certain of your information available on our Site and visible to other users of or visitors to the Site. As such, other users of our Site may be able to personally identify you based on your information made available on our Site. As a further example, if you utilize Third Party Services to log into our Site, other users to whom you may be connected to through such Third Party Service may be able to view or follow information about you, including PII or Non-PII, on our Site.

The Site or Service may contain links to other websites and services not maintained, owned, or operated in any way by LawBot. In addition, other websites and services may also reference or link to the Site or Service. Messaging and Information Provided By Other Users

The LawBot Site permits users to communicate with companies and other users posting information on the Site. We are not responsible for removing, deleting, amending, retrieving, or modifying your PII from the lists of any Third Party Services or other third party who has previously been provided your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

You may stop or restrict the placement of our cookies, Google's cookies and third party cookies on your computer by adjusting your web browser preferences or a "Do Not Track" setting in your web browser. We use a variety of security measures, including encryption and authentication tools, to maintain the confidentiality of your PII.
